About Kat
Hi, I’m Kat — a private chef turned certified Nutritionist, wife, and mom of three daughters (plus our dog, Roger). I’m a Maryland native with a lifelong passion for food, fitness, and living well.
For 15 years, I’ve worked as a private chef, specializing in creating meals that are both flavorful and tailored to individuals and families with a wide range of dietary needs. My own health journey inspired me to become a Certified Nutritionist, so now I combine my love of cooking with nutrition coaching to help others build sustainable, healthy lifestyles.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you can find me with my family, on the tennis court, hanging out with friends, or watching cooking shows for inspiration. I’m always exploring new flavors, and my favorite cuisine to both cook and eat is Asian.
